Players Club House Rules

1. By taking a seat the players club you agree that the management has the final word on who may play and the manner in which the play is conducted.
2. Management will decide when to start the game.
3. The card room is not responsible for chips left on the table.
4. All games are table stakes.
5. Players must protect their hands at all times.
6. Money does not play, chips must be requested.
7. As a safeguard and courtesy, only English is to be spoken at the table during the play of a hand.
8. Please do not criticize other players or use vulgar language.
9. One player to a hand, make no comments to other players during the hand.
10. Splitting pots is not allowed, splitting blinds is OK.
11. Insurance propositions ore not allowed.
12. Players must keep hands in plain view at all times. Do not remove cards from the table, doing so will constitute a dead hand.
13. A new deck must be used for at least one round.
14. Players may be allowed to be away from the table for no more than 30 minutes unless the floor man is notified in advance. At the management’s decision, the time may be lengthened to protect the game.
15. In order to protect the main game, a forced move may be invoked. The move list in maintained from the board, if a player refuses to move, he may be forced to quit and not re-enter the game for 45 minutes
16. All chips must remain on the table, except for payment of food, cig. etc., no partial cash in is allowed.
17. Boxed cards are treated as non-existent.
18. Two extra cards off the deck on the deal constitute a misdeal, unless the management deems the hand can be corrected. If the first or second card on the deal is turned over it is a misdeal.
19. A verbal declaration that causes another player to act is binding. A call made behind a raise may be withdrawn if the raise is not audibly declared. If the raise is audibly declared, a player not completing the full raise may be forced to do so at management discretion.
20. Anyone who checks out of turn may not initiate action.
21. All players must act in turn on their hands.
22. A bet and three raises are allowed. There is no limit to the number of raises if there are only two players remaining.
23. “Cards Speak” however a player intentionally miscalling his hand may have that hand fouled at management’s discretion.
24. “Show one, show all” rule in effect.
25. Once a hand is out of play, management cannot render a decision on the hand.
26. Your hand is dead when:
-You do not have the correct amount of cards
-You use a forward motion that causes action
-Any part of your hand hits the discards. Management may deem if the hand is retrievable
-More than two people act behind you and you don’t call time.
27. A bet of less than the full bet does not constitute a bet, and the next player may either call or complete the bet.
28. String raises are not allowed, however a bet over 1/2 the raise amount constitutes a raise.
29. You are allowed only one short buy in, in any one given hand of play.
30. Management reserves the right to make decisions in the best interest of the game. Under special circumstances a decision may be rendered that is contrary to the strict interpretations of the rules.
31. Decisions of the management are final and impartial.
